#1. How is your senior concierge service different from senior home health care services? Senior home care services are more focused on health care. A concierge service provides other personal services, such as; errand running, personal assistance, personal bookkeeping and companionship. All this from one personal concierge.
#3. Do you accept Medicaid/Medicare for payment for services? Unfortunately, No! All services are self/private pay ONLY.
#2. How and when do I pay for services? Since our services are performed on a month to month basis, payment is due on the 1st of the month and cover that entire month. We also provide an itemized invoice. This is sent to either the senior we are assisting or the designated family member/POA. You can pay via credit/debit card or cash.
#4. How do I know you will have a Caregiving escort available when I need one? Abounding Life Resources works with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure that we will have ample time to devote to each of our senior clients.
#5. Where do you offer these services? Abounding Life Resources only offers this service in small, populated communities of 20,000 (20K) residents or less, or to independent living apartment communities who want to exclusively offer our services to their renters.
